  3. Amount of hours you work: 40-60 hours per week
  4. Amount of hours you have to train: depends on how hectic the work week is.  Usually I can devote up to 15 hours.
  5. How long have you been training for and racing triathlons? 2008 will be my 5th year.
  6. What is your favorite aspect of the sport?  The nervousness you feel before an event.  It makes the sense of accomplishment that much larger.
  7. What do you consider your biggest athletic achievement?  2007 Greater Cleveland ½ Ultra Triathlon
  8. What are your big goals for this season? LAKE PLACID IRONMAN
  9. What is your favorite race?  I really do not have one.  I tend to enjoy the experience of pushing myself and the sense of accomplishment more than the different aspects of the ventue.
  10. What’s your favorite meal? Steak, Potatoes, Salad, & a cold Beer
  11. What’s your favorite movie?  Anything that motivates  and makes the long trainer rides enjoyable.
  12. Any other hobbies?  I really enjoy a large variety of sports:  water skiing, snow boarding, golf, tennis, etc.  I guess I can be considered a jack of all trades, master of none.
  13. If you could visit one place this year, where would it be?  Lake Placid, NY.  Looks like that one is going to come true.
  14. What’s your favorite workout?  The long bike ride.  It gives you lots of time to settle in, to think, throws you into all different types of terrain, allows you to enjoy the weather (hopefully), and each one gives a great sense of satisfaction.
  15. Who’s your inspiration?  My best friends: Tanja, Kyle, and Carter
  16. Any other words of wisdom?  My triathlon journeys have taught me that this sports is about having patience and being able to adjust to the changing demands whatever they may be…
