Greater Cleveland Half-Ironman

Hats off to you on putting together a perfect "game plan" for GCT. If anyone else is reading this I strongly urge you to follow Angela's every word on that plan IT'S MADE FOR A REASON.
I came to Angela to have her help me to pace/nutrition..I was known as "fast mile Kyle" always going out my first mile in a 5:30-6:00 min pace and finishing the race in a 9:30-10:00 min pace blowing not only my race but blowing up my body and getting injured.
Yesterday I followed her program to a tee and let me tell ya (not to sound like a bad infomercial) but...IT WORKS!!!!!
It's funny because in her program it would say things like .."at this point/ Heart Rate people may be blowing by you on the bike but dont worry you will see them again and probably running by them" (and it proved to be true)
It was so nice to race 70.3 miles with no GI issues. Your nutrition plan was dead on. I kept waiting for some type of stomach issue but thankfully no problems..and as you say (were doing these races to have fun and feel good)
